Xenium Horror

The Xenium Horror is difficult to properly categorize as no corpse remain for long after termination. It seemingly forms out of the ground, and is either a result or creator of the ‘mold’ spread by other xenos. It’s most frequently found near xenium pits, although it can spawn practically anywhere, and is particularly drawn to sound. Unfortunate, as most military hardware is not designed with sound suppression in mind. Once killed, the Xenium Horror ‘dissolves’ back to mere molecules of dust, mold, and traces of xenium. Truly a mystery, and one with horrifying implications.
