Yes indeedy, that is ‘Robb the Hood’ himself. A true philanthropist with a direct means of what he calls ‘wealth redistribution’. Robb quite literally robbed the rich and gave money to the poor. All across the West, the downtrodden and indigent could expect a solid leg up from Robb and his merry band of outlaws. Although pursued by more than one sheriff with an axe to grind, Robb always managed to slip away into the wilderness, only to return when the next train loaded with payroll rolled through.
