Doc Umber

Doc Umber puts the ‘mad’ in his ‘mad engineering’. While most of his devices run off pure steam, he also dabbles with the electric fluid. Everyone knows you can generate electric power from clever use of magnets and steam power, but harnessing the ‘substance electric’ is a matter of fiction more than engineering. Yet, the good doctor insists that his weapons and gear make good use of ‘electricity’ to the tune of 1.21 watts (if such a ridiculous measurement is to be believed). As long as it kills zombies though, no one will really complain.
