Expansion – Zombicide: 2nd Edition

During Bastille Day celebrations, a zombie outbreak erupts across Paris. As panic spreads through crowded streets and historic landmarks, a small group of Survivors finds themselves caught in a mystery that reaches far beyond a simple infection.

The dead are rising, ancient secrets stir beneath the city, and the sprawling Catacombs may hold the key to understanding it all.

PariZ introduces Catacombs of the Undead, a complete ten-mission campaign filled with branching paths, evolving characters, hidden discoveries, and meaningful player choices.

Venture deep into the Catacombs beneath the city, investigate ancient artifacts linked to Napoleon’s Egyptian campaign, pursue a mysterious billionaire, defend iconic landmarks including the Eiffel Tower, and decide how the story unfolds through achievements and narrative choices.

A Zombicide: 2nd Edition core box is required to enjoy this expansion.

PariZ Survivors Row

The expansion includes six new Survivors ready to face the apocalypse.

PariZ introduces 6 new Survivors, each bringing their own talents, personalities, and stories to the fight for survival. Through the campaign sheet, they will evolve from ordinary people into hardened combatants.

PariZ also introduces Lorànt Béarn, an eccentric historian whose research may hold the key to understanding the outbreak itself. Throughout the Catacombs of the Undead campaign, protecting him may be the difference between saving Paris and losing it forever.

PariZ Catacombs

Beneath the city lies one of the most innovative environments ever introduced to Zombicide.

The Catacombs are built from special modular tiles that continuously change as players explore. New passages, chambers, objectives, spawn zones, and enemies appear through the Catacomb Deck, creating a different experience every time the tunnels are explored.

A new Exploration Action allows Survivors to uncover new areas of the underground maze. Entire sections of the Catacombs can shift and reconfigure during play, forcing players to adapt as the environment changes around them.

The Catacomb Deck also determines whether newly explored sections are illuminated or plunged into darkness, affecting visibility and combat.

PariZ Guillotine

A new interactive environmental threat appears throughout the campaign.

The Guillotine acts as a special spawn point tied to one of the expansion’s most memorable enemies. Destroying it can become the focus of entire missions.

One of PariZ‘s signature enemies is Zombie Marie Antoinette, a unique zombie permanently linked to the Guillotine. As long as she remains in play, zombies spawned by the Guillotine immediately activate, making her a constant threat that refuses to stay dead for long.

PariZ Campaign Pad

Like the acclaimed campaign expansions before it, PariZ features a deep progression system.

Survivors earn persistent Campaign Experience, unlocking new powers and rewards as the story progresses.

Choices made during missions create Campaign Achievements that can alter future events, unlock new content, affect companions, and change how the narrative unfolds.
