Louise has marched in every protest in Paris for twenty years, and she has the megaphone and the permanently hoarse voice to show for it. Her latest placard is against overconsumption, a message the dead have taken badly. She’s been tear-gassed more times than she can count, usually by a launcher just like this one. When she found it abandoned at a police barricade, she decided it was her turn. Louise still knows how to work a crowd. One shout through the megaphone turns every zombie on the street her way, which is exactly the point, because nobody on her side marches alone.
